Water Wizard is the technical diagnostic service of Vishuddhi Enviro Infra, Second Floor, 208, Laxmi Complex, Silvassa Road, Vapi, Valsad, Gujarat 396191. GSTIN 24GNZPP1875G1Z7. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Vishuddhi Enviro Infra, and “you” means the person or business using the site or booking a consultation.

For ₹99 you receive:

• Consultation: A Water Wizard specialist calls you
• Initial finding: Your plant and problem, understood
• Requirement: What the problem actually needs
• Recommendation: The next step, and its cost

₹99 is inclusive of GST.

₹99 does not include a site visit, testing or any further work. Those are quoted first, and nothing starts until you approve.

The consultation works from the information you give us over the call. What it produces is an initial finding and a recommended next step. It is not a diagnosis of your plant, and it is not a guarantee that a problem will be solved. Establishing the actual cause may need a site visit, testing or further investigation.

A site visit is quoted based on factors including location, distance and the requirement.

Any site visit, audit, engineering or other further work is quoted to you first, and starts only after you approve the quote. Work done under an approved quote is governed by that quote.

The consultation fee is paid online through Razorpay, in Indian rupees. Your payment is confirmed only once Razorpay confirms it to us. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

Please give us accurate contact details and an honest description of the problem, so the call is useful. A recommendation made on a call can only be as complete as the information behind it.
