Refund and cancellation policy

The ₹99 consultation fee is non-refundable. Once paid, it is not refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason.

If you no longer want the consultation, tell us and we will not call you. The fee is not refunded.

Contact us with your consultation reference, which begins with WWC and was shown to you after payment, by writing to info@waterwizards.in or through the contact page.

Site visits, audits and other further work are quoted separately and approved by you before they start. Their cancellation terms are set out in the quote you approve.
