Privacy policy

Water Wizard is the technical diagnostic service of Vishuddhi Enviro Infra. This policy covers the website waterwizards.in and the enquiries and consultations that start on it.

Only what you type into a form, and where you arrived from.

• The consultation form: your full name, mobile number, email address, company or firm, plant location, and your description of the problem.
• The contact form: your full name, company or firm, phone number, email address, plant type, plant location, and what the plant is doing.
• Where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed, the page that referred you, and the first page you landed on. This is held in your browser for the visit only and is sent to us only if you submit a form.
• Payment: if you pay the consultation fee, Razorpay processes the payment on its own secure checkout. We receive the order and payment reference, the amount and whether it succeeded. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical records: like every website, our hosting provider records basic request information such as IP address, browser type and time, to operate and protect the site.

Visits: this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are read and which channels, such as a search engine, bring people here. It sets cookies on this site for that purpose only. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, its advertising features are switched off, and nothing you type into a form is ever sent to it.

Adverts: this site uses the Meta Pixel, from the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta that a browser visited a page here, started the consultation form, paid the consultation fee or sent an enquiry, so we can see which of our adverts on Facebook and Instagram bring enquiries and show those adverts again to people who have visited. Meta may link this to a Facebook or Instagram account you are signed in to. Nothing you type into a form is sent to it. You can stop Meta using this activity for adverts in your account’s ad settings, under “Activity information from ad partners”.

• To call you back and understand the problem at your plant.
• To run the consultation you asked for, and to confirm your payment.
• To quote any further work, which you approve before it starts.
• To know how many people visit, and which channels bring visitors and enquiries, so we spend in the right places.
• To keep the site working and protect it from misuse.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Your details pass through four services that work on our behalf:

• Razorpay, which processes the consultation payment.
• Google, whose email and spreadsheet services are where an enquiry is delivered to us and recorded, and whose Google Analytics counts visits to the site.
• Meta, whose Pixel measures which of our Facebook and Instagram adverts bring visits and enquiries.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the website.

Each handles the data only to provide its service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry and consultation records for as long as we are in business, so that a plant's history is to hand if you come back to us. We have not set a fixed deletion period.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them, and you can withdraw your consent to our using them. Deleting a record does not affect a payment that has already been made, which the law may require us to keep.

The site is served only over an encrypted connection. Payment secrets are held on the server and never reach your browser, and enquiry records are not stored on the web server itself.

If we change how we handle your details, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
